About

Our philosophy

Founding a successful start-up based on a new lab technology or an innovative service concept is a difficult but often doable task. It requires adressing a real market need, assembling a great team and minimizing risk every step of the way.

We see ourselves as enablers and risk-removers.

As enablers our goal is to ensure that young start-ups find the required support to move ahead at full speed- in terms of contacts, financial support or specialized skills.

As risk-removers, we ensure start-ups, and particularly first-time founders, benefit from accumulated experience. Reducing technical, commercial or financial risks as rapidly as possible is key to success. Risks can and need to be carefully managed.
